Buddhist Ceremony at Guinsa (temple) near Damyang, South Korea.
This ceremony is in the main worship hall at Guinsa, the head temple of the Korean Cheontae Buddhism sect, nestled into the Sobaek Mountains located near Danyang South Korea. The architecture of Guinsa is similar to that of many other Buddhist temples in Korea, but differs in that the structures are several stories tall, rather than the typical one or two storied structures found in most other Korean Buddhist temples.

And again, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu dwells perceiving again and again the Four Noble Truths as just the Four Noble Truths (not mine, not I, not self, but just as phenomena). And how, bhikkhus, does a bhikkhu dwell perceiving again and again the Four Noble Truths as just the Four Noble Truths? Here, (in this teaching), bhikkhus, a bhikkhu knows as it really is, “This is dukkha”; he knows as it really is, “This is the cause of dukkha”; he knows as it really is, “This is the cessation of dukkha”; he knows as it really is, “This is the path leading to the cessation of dukkha.”

Who bears within no enmity:
“He has abused and beaten me,
defeated me and plundered me”,
hate is quite allayed for them.
The Good And The Wise
Thus go with the steadfast, wise, well-versed,
firm of virtue, practice-pure,
Ennobled ‘Such’, who’s sound, sincere,
as moon in wake of the Milky Way.
